What's a Yankee Gift Swap ?

For those who are wondering, here's how it works:

1. Everyone participating brings a wrapped gift. The gift can be silly, practical or something good. (Usually a price limit is established in advance)

2. Everyone draws a number to determine the order gifts will be selected in.

3. The first person to go picks a gift and unwraps it.

4. The second person to go picks a gift, unwraps it, and can decide if they want to keep their gift or exchange it for Person #1's gift.

5. The third person to go picks a gift, unwraps it, and can decide if they want to keep their gift or exchange it with either Person #1 or Person #2.

6. The process continues until everyone has gone but...

7. After the last person has chosen their gift, Person #1 has the opportunity to go "again" and keep their gift or select any of the other gifts.
