Where are your products made?
We make our products right here in Bar Harbor, Maine. We produce our fine products in small, homemade-style batches. This helps us to provide high quality and great-tasting jams, jelly and syrups under a watchful eye.

Where can I buy your products?
You can purchase our products here on the Internet, by calling us, by requesting a brochure or at many fine shops throughout Maine and New Hampshire.

Can I order gifts sent to more than one address?
Yes you can. Here are four ways:

  • Complete individual online orders for each person.
  • Call us with your order to (800) 453-0883.
  • Fax us your order to (207) 288-8033.
  • Mail us your order to the address on our website.

How do you ship?
We ship via UPS Ground with the exception of frozen products. Orders received after 12 p.m. will ship on the next business day. We ship our frozen Wild Blueberries and pies in insulated packs via UPS 2-Day Air. Frozen products are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Ground service for frozen products is available in New England only.

What is the smallest quantity I can order?
The minimum order value is $25 prior to tax and shipping. You may mix types of the same size.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our jams, jellies and syrups can last up to two years, if stored properly. Dried berries store best when kept refrigerated or frozen. Frozen berries may be refrozen or kept refrigerated.

Do you guarantee your products?
We offer a full guarantee. If you are not happy about any item, call us.

What is your shipping time?
UPS Ground Shipping time is two to seven days depending on your location. You may:
